Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Blindspot ('Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Blindspot is a portfolio risk analytics tool designed to help individual investors understand risk concentration in their holdings. The Service provides analytical tools and reports, but does not constitute investment advice. You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with Blindspot, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Brokerage Data Handling
If you choose to connect a brokerage account, you authorize Blindspot to access and analyze your holdings data through Plaid, SnapTrade, or similar secure third-party integrations. Your brokerage credentials are handled exclusively by these third parties. Blindspot receives only read-only access to your holdings and does not have authority to execute trades or move funds. 5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLINDSPOT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. This limitation applies to all claims arising from or relating to the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York for the resolution of any disputes.
7. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of Blindspot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
